- Tenders are invited for Invitation for Bids for Procurement of Additional 5,000 Units of Prepaid Water Meters for Installation in Ekiti State Water Corporation Bid Security: Not less than 2.5% of Total Bid Price Delivery Period: 90 days Location(s): 3NUWSRP, Ado Ekiti complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written Application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee N30,000.00 (Thirty Thousand Naira) only or 85 USD (Eighty-Five US Dollars). The method of payment will be through Bank Draft in favor of 3rd National Urban Water Sector Reform Project (3NUWSRP) Ado-Ekiti; the Bidding Documents will be collected by the representative of the Bidder or by courier services on request. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Thursday 26 November, 2020 at 12:00 noon (local time). Electronic submission of bid will be permuted by email with password protected read-only documents as attachment through the email address specified in the bidding document. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders- designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on Thursday 26 November, 2020 at 1:00pm (local time). All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as indicated in the table above in Naira or equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
