Description:
Tenders are invited for Private Sector Partners (PSPS) in Wastes Collections. Ekiti State Waste Management Authority was established by the law No 7, 2000 and amended by the Law 18, August 21, 2020. The Agency is saddled with the responsibility of keeping the state clean through regular collection of wastes from individual houses, establishments, institutions and other designated areas and disposal of wastes to avoid refuse palliation, environmental blightedness and epidemic development. Also, the Agency sets guidelines and monitors private sector participation in the collection of wastes and in turn increases the revenue generated for the state. The Ekiti State Waste Management Authority announces the vacancy for engagement of Private Sector Partner (PSP) for the house-to-house collection of waste in the State. The PSP operators will be licensed by the Agency to collect wastes at the designated streets, houses, establishments, and institutions to avoid refuse palliations, environmental pollutions, and epidemic development.
