- Expression of Interest are invited for Printing of the Nigerian Police Force Complaints Interested vendors are expected to provide the following documents: 1. Applicant must have experience of not more than seven years doing similar work for organizations; 2. Statement of work with a proposed project plan reflective of timeframes and deliverables; 3. Profile of the organization; 4. A list of three related projects undertaken within the last two (2) years, similar in nature to the present task, including a brief description of the project; 5. Contact of three recent client references from similar publication projects. Objective: CLEEN Foundation is seeking to contract publishing service to a printing vendor with extensive print/graphic design experience to undertake the production and printing of 1500 copies of the NPF's Complaints Response Unit Report. ο·Specific Roles and Responsibilities ο·The assignment will cover production and printing of the above report ο·Specifications: A4 size, Cover: Matt Card and Gloss Lamination Sizes of documents/ Number of pages: 80 - 100 pages Roles/Deliverables The publisher is expected to produce and submit: ο·ο·Front and back cover page of the publication (3 Designs); ο·Type-Setting of the Publication; ο·Production of dummies of the printed publication for corrections and final approval ο·Printing of 1500 copies of the publication Premium quality printing and 1-week time delivery
