Quotation are invited for Preventive Maintenance of Vehicle Lift. Bi-Annual Preventive Maintenance (PM) for 3 Nos. BENDPAK Hydraulic Vehicle Lifts at The Embassy Vehicle Maintenance Workshop, Located at The Plot 1075 Diplomatic Drive, Abuja, Nigeria, for One Base Year and Four Option Year Periods. Check All Cables Connections, Bolts, and Pin to Ensure Proper Mounting and Tongue,b. Check And/or Service Columns Squareness, Plumb and Stability,inspect All Anchors Bolts and Retighten if Necessary,inspect, Correct Hydraulic Oil Leaks on The Floor,check Equalizer Cable Tension and Adjust if Necessary,check and Rectify Tilting During Lifting or Release of Lift,inspect All Pivot Arms Pins Making Sure They Are Properly Secure,inspect Hydraulic Oil Level in Lift Reservoir,lubricate Pulley, Cable, Sheaves and Safety Axel Pins,ensure Frame Cradle Contact Pads for All the Lifts,ensure Proper Functioning of Safety Locks,ensure Proper Functioning of Electrical and Hydraulic Power Units,inspect Lift Cable for Heat Damage,inspect Lift for Wear Exceeding 10% of Wire Original Diameter,inspect Wire Rope of All the Lifts,inspect the Sheaves and Guide Rollers,inspect Spindle Crown Sittings,inspect Hydraulic Oil Hose,inspect Swing Arm Restrain,check Column Rust and Damage of Wear,check and Rectify Air Bubbles in Cylinder,ensure Electrical Control Switches Functions.
