Expression of Interest are invited for Plastic Seats /Lockers COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS FOR BUILDING AND SUPPLIES Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the office of the Director of Planning, Research and Statistics ENSUBEB on evidence of payment of non-refundable fee of N10,000.00 Per LOT, paid into the Enugu State Pay-Direct Account in any commercial bank. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the LOT desired, hard copies of the technical and financial bids packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as “Technical Bid “or “Financial Bid” thereafter, put the two envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to the Executive Chairman, Enugu State Universal Basic Education Board. Independence Layout Enugu State, and clearly marked with (the name of the project and the Lot number). Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelopes should have the name and address of the bidder and should be submitted in the designated tender box at ENSUBEB, not later than 10am on 5 July, 2022. OPENING OF BID All technical bids will be opened Immediately after the deadline for submission on 5 July, 2022 by 12noon at ENSUBEB premises in presence of bidders or their representatives Please ensure that you sign the bid submission register in the office of Executive Chairman ENSUBEB at Independence Layout Enugu State ENSUBEB will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
