Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Outdoor Catering Services. Vendors shall submit offers electronically to tenders@malariaconsortium.org and in the subject field of the email reference the following: REF NO: MC-NG-EOI-ABJ-2024-001. Bids must be received by Friday 1st March 2024 at 17:00 (5pm) WAT. Bids submitted after the deadline will NOT be accepted. Questions must be sent by email to tenders@malariaconsortium.org with the following bid reference in the subject: ‘MC-NG-EOI-ABJ-2024-001-Question-. All questions must be sent in latest by Friday 23rd February 2024 at 17:00 (5pm) WAT Administrative Information 1) It is the intent of this EOI to receive information from caterers for the provision of outdoor catering services. 2) Providers shall submit EOI documents to tenders@malariaconsortium.org with the following reference in the subject of the email: ‘MC-NG-EOI-ABJ-2024-001-. 3) EOIs must be received by Friday 1st March 2024 at 17:00 (5:00 p.m. WAT). EOIs submitted after this time will not be accepted. 4) Malaria Consortium will review the EOIs received, from which it will subsequently issue a ‘Request for Proposal- from providers who submitted a compliant EOI. 5) Malaria Consortium reserves the right to not issue a Request for Proposal after the EOI process.
