Aligned with the Government of Nigerias commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the objectives of the National Development Plan, UNDP Nigeria is prioritizing youth economic empowerment as a critical pillar of its support. Through partnerships with the public and private sectors, UNDP is working to create inclusive opportunities that enable young Nigerians to actively participate in and benefit from economic growth. The Learning Designer will play a pivotal role in transforming UNDP Nigeria into a dynamic learning organization by consolidating insights from youth-led entrepreneurship programmes, monitoring key performance metrics, and translating programmatic experiences into data-driven, evidence-based knowledge. This role will ensure continuous improvement through the coordination of periodic reports, synthesis of lessons learned, and promotion of a learning culture across teams. By effectively documenting and disseminating outcomes, the Learning Designer will strengthen stakeholder engagement and alignment, ensuring UNDP's activities remain transparent, responsive, and impactful in driving sustainable and inclusive development in Nigeria.
