- Quotation are invited for Mobile Telecommunications Services Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for mobile telephone services (voice & data) for U. S. EMBASSY ABUJA, as per attached performance work statement (Section 1). This is a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contracts for one base and two option year periods. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 4 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it by email to Abujaprocurement@state.gov, with the following subject ‘Solicitation #PR10702515 for IDIQ Contracts for Mobile Telecommunications Services-. Quotations not adhering to this instruction may not be considered. The deadline for receipt of quotations is May 21, 2022, at 1630 hours local time. No quotations will be accepted after this time. For a quotation to be considered, your quotation must be submitted in two formats: Technical Proposal: Your technical proposal which must include but not limited to your license from Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), CAC certification document, methodology for meeting the requirements, performance schedule, management plan, specifications, past performance history with valid contact information for your past and current customers in the last ten (10) years, etc. Price proposal - Use the worksheet provided and include any other necessary pricing data You must also complete and submit the following:
