It is expected that by preparing and delivering thetrainings, the Consultant combines, i) internationalbest practices, ii) its knowledge of the existing Nigerian legal/regulatory andsector/country context and requirements, and iii) its local knowledge of the specificchallenges faced by domestic oil and gas producers in meeting the regulatoryobjectives.
