Expression of Interest are invited for Management of Floating Dry-Dock under Ppp Model- Independent Assessor SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) Interested firms are to submit two (2) bound of EOI documents (1 original, 1 copy) separated by dividers and arranged as indicated above. The documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to Director-General, The Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), No. 4 Burma Road, Apapa, Lagos and clearly marked with (the name of the project and the lot number). Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and dropped in the designated tender Box not later than 11:00am Tuesday, 6th September, 2022. Late submission will be returned un-opened. 5. OPENING OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST Submitted EOI documents shall be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 11:00am Tuesday, 6th September, 2022, at NIMASA Had Office, No. 4 Burma Road, Apapa, Lagos, in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
