- Expression of Interest are invited for Management of the David Nweze Umahi University of Medical Sciences, the Teaching Hospital, and Medical Centres of Excellence The Following Structure are either being completed or will be fully completed and equipped by 30 March, 2022. (a) University School block (5 floors) (b) Hospital block (5 floors) (c) Pharmaceutical block/ Admin Block (6 Floors) (d) 11 number of gate houses and generator houses (e) Four 3-storey buildings of 6 flats each totaling 96 flats (f) 4 number of hostel blocks of 4 floors each with 68 rooms to house 4 students per room. (g) Cancer Centre with equipment (h) Eye Centre with equipment (i) 2 Blocks of Dialysis center with equipment (j) Kidney transplant center with wards and distilled water center (k) Mortuary center with equipment (l) 5 number of 2 floors classroom blocks (m) 3 number of bungalow hostel blocks (n) 5 number of bungalows of 2 flats each for Teachers quarters (o) Dialyzer Factory (p) 3 number of Restaurant (q) Oxygen Plant (r) Fire Service Station (s) Police Quarters (t) 2 number of Banks (u) 1 Game House (Recreation Building with 2 Nos Swimming Pool) (v) Nursery/Primary/Secondary School Blocks (w) Biomedical Engineering Workshop (x) Predegree Block (y) Reverse Osmosis Unit for CSSD (6) Ebonyi State Government seeks core investors under the Investment Promotion, Investor-s Protection, Concession and Regulatory Commission Law No. 002 of 2019 to take over and run the Institution for the benefit of the Core Investor, the University, and Ebonyi State Government.
