- Tenders are invited for Maintenance of Elevators. COLLECTION OF BID DOCUMENTS Interested bidders are requested to pay a non-refundable tender fee of N10,000.00 (Ten thousand naira) only per lot for the collection of the tender documents by following these procedures: a. Make Payment online at https://www.remita.net. b. Click on “Pay a Federal Government Agency” and follow the instructions. c. Obtain Physical Treasury Receipt from the Cash Office Section of Finance & Accounts Department, Federal Ministry of Power, Power House, Basement Floor, 14, Zambezi Crescent, Maitama, Abuja. 5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS 5.1. Prospective bidders are to submit bid for their lots of interest in two (2) hard copies each of technical and financial bids with softcopy of financial bid only in MS Excel format, packaged separately in a sealed envelopes and clearly marked as “Technical bid” or “financial bid” respectively. 5.2. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to: THE PERMANENT SECRETARY, FEDERAL MINISTRY OF POWER, POWER HOUSE, 4TH FLOOR, NO 14, ZAMBEZI CRESCENT, MAITAMA, ABUJA and clearly marked with the name of project and the Lot number 5.3. Bid Security should be provided along with financial bid in a separate envelope clearly labelled “Bid Security submitted by name of the bidder” where this is required as in paragraph 3(xiv) above. 5.4. Furthermore, the reverse side of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and deposited in the designated Tender Box at the Tender Secretariat, Federal Ministry of Power, Power House, 4th Floor, Room 425A, No 14, Zambezi Crescent, Maitama, Abuja Nigeria from 8:00am-4:00PM local time Mondays to Fridays not later than 12:00 noon, Monday 17th May, 2021. Please, ensure that you collect Bid Submission Receipt and sign the Bid Submission Register at the Tender Secretariat, Federal Ministry of Power, Power House, 4th Floor, Room 425A, No 14, Zambezi Crescent, Maitama, Abuja Nigeria as the Federal Ministry of Power will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
