Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Lease of Murtala Amusement Park, Minna. Murtala Amusement Park is located along Bosso Road, Minna. It is a Treasure/ Leisure destination that guarantees full comfort and relaxation. This park comprises of the following delineated existing Infrastructural facilities. Such as; (i) Administrative block with meeting/event hall and Offices. (ii) Children Amusement Island with Motorized Equipments. (iii) Open to Air event square/arena for hosting mini and mega events (iv) Strategically located restaurant and kiosks as eateries and refreshment points. (v) Zoological Gardens housing different species of animals in their caged up Islands. (vi) Indoor and outdoor sporting facilities such as the male and female gymnasia. (vii) Amphitheatre for cinematic viewing, seminar slide shows and power point presentations. Murtala Amusement Park is located along Bosso Road, Minna. (vii) Amphitheatre for cinematic viewing, seminar slide shows and power point presentations Consequent upon the Importance and urgency attached to this Partnership, Expression of Interest (EOI) has been adopted In line with Niger state Public Procurement Board guidelines. The prequalification requirements for Expression of Interest will include the followings: (i) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission. (ii) Tax clearance for the past three (3) years (iii) Current Audited Account (iv) Company profile including list of professional staff and their resume. (v) Evidence of current registration with Niger State Public Private Partnership Agency. (vi) Evidence of current registration with Niger State Public Procurement Board. (vii) Evidence of current registration with Niger State Ministry of Environment and Forestry. (viii) Evidence of Financial Capability and Support from a reputable commercial bank. (ix) Evidence(s) of similar Park (s) Managed. (x) VAT Registration and remittances (xi) Annual Turnover.
