Expression of Interest are invited for Investing in the ‘Waste to Wealth- Component of Solid Waste Management Regime in Kaduna State Scopeof Thework The Scope of Work for the Integrated Waste Management is as Follows: I. Proper Storage; Ii. Total Evacuaon of Waste in Kaduna, Kafanchan and Zaria (Kkz); Iii. Transportaon from Transfer Staon to Treatment Site; And Iv. Conversion of Waste to Wealth at Treatment Centers; With a population estimated at close to 10m, Kaduna State is the third most populous state in the Federation. The State has 23 Local Government Areas (LGAs), eleven (11) Federal Constituencies, three (3) Senatorial Districts, and 32 graded Traditional Institutions. 4.0 PRE BID CONFERENCE A Pre Bid Conference where the Ministry is expected to engage the contractors/investors in an interacve session towards a beer understanding of th the concept of the procurement, will be held on Thursday, 18 February 2021, by 10:00 a.m. at the Ministry`s Conference Room.
