- Prequalifications are invited for Installation of CCTV and other Security Infrastructure in Zaria and other Outreach Centres Interested contractors who wish to bid for the procurement are requested to submit the following documents for pre-qualification: (a) Evidence of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Form CAC02 and CAC07 (b) Evidence of Company Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years valid till 31 December 2021. (c ) Evidence of Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31 December 2021. (d ) Evidence of Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31 December 2021. (e) Evidence of Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31 December 2021. (f) Evidence of registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by Submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 1 January, 2022 or valid certificate issued by BPP. (g) (i) Sworn Affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the Nigerian Institute of Transport Technology , Zaria or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars. (ii) Sworn Affidavit certifying that the company is not in receivership, insolvency or bankruptcy. (h) Companies Audited Accounts for the last three (3) consecutive years (2018, 2019, 2020) (i) Evidence of financial capability to execute the project by submission of Reference Letter from a reputable commercial bank indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed. (j) Company Profile with the Curriculum Vitae of Key Staff to be deployed for the project, including copies of their Academic/Professional qualifications. (k) Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including Letters of Awards, Valuation/Job Completion Certificates. (l) All documents for submission must be transmitted with a covering /forwarding letter under the Company/Firm-s Letter Head Paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address, Telephone/GSM No. and e-mail address. The letterhead paper must bear the Name of the Directors at the bottom of the page duly signed by an authorized officer of the firm. The pre-qualification documents will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00noon prompt on 24 May, 2021 in the Main Auditorium, Nigerian Institute of Transport Technology, Zaria. Bidders or their representatives, members of the general public, the Press and Civil Society Organizations are invited to witness the bid opening exercise. General Information: (i) The Nigerian Institute of Transport Technology (NITT), Zaria will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids and all late submissions will be returned un-opened. (ii) Failure to fulfill any of the conditions stated in this advertisement shall render an application invalid. (iii) All cost will be borne by the bidders. (iv) Only pre-qualified companies will be contacted to participate in the financial bids tendering process. (v) The Nigerian Institute of Transport Technology [NITT] Zaria reserves the right to annul the procurement process at any time without incurring any liability-. (vi) Bids must be in English Language and signed by an official authorized by the bidder, (vii) Arrangement of technical documents in hard copies should follow the order in the list above and appropriately paged. The technical document should have a table of content indicating the pages, which these items are to be found. Failure to comply with this directive will result in disqualification of the bidder.
