- Request for proposals are invited for Innovation Development and Effectiveness in the Acquisition of Skills (Ideas) Project ELIGIBLE BENEFICIARY ORGANIZATION (GRANTEE) MUST: i. Be private or non-governmental organizations (including for profit and non-for profit organizations) operating in the North West Zone of Nigeria; ii. Be formally registered in Nigeria (not necessary in Kano state); iii. Be at least three years in existence; iv. Have prior experience in training provision and/or digital skills or digital entrepreneurship development.
