• Expression of Interest are invited for Independent Review of Households on Cash Transfer Program The shortlisting criteria are as follows: 1 Data Structuring, Field Validation and Enumeration on Output Based Disbursement (ODB) plan. (All 6 Geopolitical Zones) i. Survey Firm must have at least five years- experience in managing surveys preferably panel surveys (involving repeated interviews with individuals over time). ii. At least 5 years demonstrable experience in conducting surveys of a scale and complexity similar to those envisaged by the ToR iii. At least 5 years- experience in surveys of households, in low resource setting, especially with proven experience in data collection with low rate of non-response. iv. Must provide information on technical and managerial organization. v. Must provide general qualification and number of key staff 2 Partial Data Update, Validation and Reallocation of Geo-Coordinates for Poor and Vulnerable Households in the Social Registry i. At least 5 years- experience in spatial data analysis and data integration. ii. At least 5 years expertise and proven track record in designing and implementing survey especially community based survey iii. Expertise and experience in development of strategic roadmap or framework for data development, with at least 2 relevant samples iv. Must provide information on technical and managerial organization v. Must provide general qualification and number of key staff 3 Independent Review of Households on Cash Transfer Program i. Demonstrate a minimum of 8 years of extensive experience in auditing and forensic auditing in similar tasks and provide a reference for similar work done in the public or private sector ii. Must be a registered firm (National or International) with experience working in Nigeria. iii. Must demonstrate the capacity or experience in conducting consultancy services of similar nature within the socioeconomic and community development sector iv. Must provide information on technical and managerial organization Must provide general qualification and number of key staff 4 Call Sorting and Response Mechanism for the NASSP Scale Up/ Rapid Response Register i. Must provide evidence of capacity to develop and deploy call centers. ii. Must show evidence of similar assignments carried out of which at least one must have national coverage. iii. Must show evidence of JVC/MoU/Contractual Agreement with a Telecom Service Provider. iv. Must provide information on technical and managerial organization v. Must provide general qualifications and number of key staff.
