- Expression of Interest are invited for Improved Digital Lending Products for Women-LED Small and Medium Enterprises (WSMEs) in Nigeria. Publication Date: 15-Dec-2021 Expression of Interest Deadline: 05-Jan-2022 The World Bank seeks a vendor to provide advisory services to determine how to best scale up existing digital lending pilot initiatives to meet financing needs of women-led small and medium enterprises (WSMEs) throughout the country. The vendor's role is to: i) conduct a review of each partner banks pilot-phase digital lending product platform to identify areas in which efficiency and convenience can be improved and uptake can be increased from levels seen to date; ii)identify and compare to international best practices in driving women's access to finance; iii)provide options for most effective improvements and upgrades for two existing pilot programs; iv)agree a set of upgrades and enhancements, incl. detailed descriptions and documentation, together with an implementation plan with each bank running a pilot program; v)utilize analysis and specific recommendations derived from pilot projects to create general recommendations for scaling pilot projects to the financial sector overall. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals).
