• Expression of Interest are invited for Implementation of Projects Proposed in the Operative Development Plans (Odps) of Lagos State through a Public-Private Partnership (Ppp) Strategy Interested Investors must: (1) Provide the requisite competence and capabilities in the development of the Projects; (2) Have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, demonstrating best practices in project development; and (3) Register with the Lagos State Office of Public-Private Partnerships. Interested Investors are to pay a non-refundable registration fee of N250, 000.00 (Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira) to any Lagos State Bank (preferably within the Alausa Axis) using the details below: Agency Code: 75004 Revenue Code: 33444 Revenue Description: PPP Expression of Interest Fees The required documents to be submitted to assess eligibility include: (a) Full name and nationality (country of registration) of the company and contact person, postal, telephone, email, address, and website URL (if any); (b) Brief description of the history and businesses of the respondents; (c) Ownership structure including name(s) of shareholders, percentage shareholdings, intermediate and ultimate holding company or beneficial owner; (d) Company registration including Certificate of Incorporation, certified true copies of Memorandum, Article of Association and CAC form C07 or its equivalent; (e) Most recent 3-year Audited Financial Statements, latest Management Accounts, if available; (f) Evidence of available financing and/or access to credit line; (g) Project Management experience, overseeing construction as well as experience managing the operations of construction; and (h) Evidence of previous experience and expertise in executing the Project (local/international) including experience in PPP initiatives where applicable. This should include the following details: (1) Name of Project(s), Brief Description and Client(s); (2) Scope of Work, Role, Contract Value, Cost, Nature of Contract (PPP, Lump-Sum etc.) and Contractual Period; and (3) Name and address of related Client Referee.
