• Description:
• Expression of Interest are invited for Implementation of Business Intelligence. Interested firms should submit two (2) bound EoI documents duly signed, paginated, separated by dividers and arranged in the order outlined hereunder: a. certificate of Incorporation issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Forms CAC2 and CAC7 or Business Name where applicable; b. Tax Clearance Certificate (or Personal Income Taxes of the partners where applicable) for the last three (3) years valid till 31st December, 2021; c. Evidence of pension clearance certificate valid till 31st December, 2021 (applicable where number of staff is at least 15); d. Evidence of industrial Training Fund (ITF) compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2021 (applicable where number of staff is at least 5 or at least N50m turnover); e. Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2021; f. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2021 or valid Certificate issued by BPP; g. Sworn Affidavit - disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the National Pension Commission or the Bureau of public procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars. - That the company is not receivership, subject to any form of insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings or the subject of any form of winding up petition or proceedings; and - That the company does not have any director who has been convicted in any court in Nigeria or any other country for any criminal offence in relation to fraud or financial impropriety; h. Company-s Audited Account for the last three (3) years, 2018, 2019 & 2020; i. reference letter from a reputable commercial bank indicating willingness to provide credit facility for execution of the project when needed; j. Company-s profile with the curriculum vitae of key staff to be deployed for the project including copies of their Academics/professional qualification. k. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including letter of Awards, Valuation Certificates, job completion certificate and photograph of the projects; l. Evidence of current registration with National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) and Computer professionals Registration Council of Nigeria; m. Evidence of registration as a Data Protection Compliance Organization issued by National Information Technology Development Agency; n. For Joint Venture/Partnership, Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) should be provided (CAC, Tax Clearance Certificate, pension Compliance Certificate, ITF Compliance Certificate, NSITF Compliance Certificate, IRR & Sworn Affidavit are compulsory for each JV Partner); o. All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter under the company-s letter head paper bearing amongst others, the registration Number (RC) is issued by the CAC, Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM No) and email address. The letter head paper must bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorized officer of the firm Note: Documents to be submitted in fulfillment of the requirements should be arranged in the order listed. Note: • Only shortlisted consultants will be invited for further consideration • Any proposal submitted in the wrong place shall be disqualified • Late submissions shall be returned un-opened; • This advertisement shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of PenCom to appoint any consultant nor shall it entitle any consultant submitting documents to claim any indemnity from PenCom • PenCom reserves the right to take a decision on any of the documents received- • any form of canvassing from any source whatsoever shall result in immediate disqualification- • PenCom reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any claims on the documents • PenCom will only correspond with authorized officers and not agents or persons acting on its behalf • PenCom is not bound to shortlist any vendor and reserves the right to annul the process at any time without incurring liabilities and assigning any reason thereof in line with Section 28 of the PPA, 2007.
