Tenders are invited for Invitation for Pre-Qualification for Ibadan Junction Improvement Works (Phase 2) Project MANDATORY DOCUMENTS (1) Certificate of Company registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). (2) FIRS Current Tax Clearance Certificate of Limited company for years 2021, 2020 &2019. (3) Oyo State BIR Current Personal Income Tax clearance certificate of two (2) Directors of the company for years 2021,2020 & 2019. (4) Current Certificate of registration with Oyo State Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) in category E. (5) Evidence of current registration of Business premises with the Ministry of Trade and Investment, Oyo State. (6) Contractors financial reports for years 2017-2021 (7) Evidence of financial capability/reference letter from a reputable bank. (8) Sworn Affidavit disclosing: (a) Whether or not any officer of the relevant committee of the Procurement Entity or Bureau is a former or present Director, Shareholder or has financial interest in the bidder and confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars. (b) That the company is not in receivership, the subject of any form of insolvency or bankruptcy proceedings nor the subject of any form of winding up petition or proceedings (c) That none or any of the directors have been convicted in any country for criminal offences relating to fraud or financial impropriety or criminal misrepresentation of falsification of facts relating to any matter (9) Evidence of payment of a non-refundable prequalification fee of N25,000.00 into Oyo State Government account, Revenue Code 4040024
