- Prequalifications are invited for Supply of Grains and Processed Rice to Widows and Orphans Affected by Natural Disaster in Ikwo/Ezza South Federal Constituency of Ebonyi State METHOD OF SUBMISSION (a) Bids must be prepared in English Language and signed by the official authorized by the bidder. (b) Two (2) copies of Prequalification/Technical documents/Expression of Interest (EOI) documents must be submitted on or before 12:00 noon on Monday, 27 June, 2022 at the SGF-s Conference Hall, Federal Secretariat Complex, ground floor, Phase 1, Abuja. The documents placed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Permanent Secretary, FMHADMSD must be clearly marked with the Name of the Project and Lot Number. (c) Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope, should bear the name, address and phone number, of the Bidder. Late submissions will be returned un-opened. 7. OPENING OF PREQUALIFICATION/TECHNICAL / EOI DOCUMENTS (a) Opening of Prequalification/ Technical / EOI Documents will be conducted immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Monday, 27 June, 2022, at the venue stated in 6(ii) above. (b) ONLY technically shortlisted bidders will be invited at a later date for collection of financial bids and Request for Proposals.
