Quotation are invited for Gals Participatory Gender Review Consultancy. OBJECTIVES • To enable participants to use visual diagrams to review the gender and livelihoods achievements so far using different tools. • Deepening of the gender changes; reviewing the individual and collective visions and planning the next milestones • To see the extent of achievements recorded by the community champions in the communities along the above objective. • To ascertain household negotiation, income contribution and decision making capacity of women in the communities • To know the womens-s production level at the household and in their businesses • To document the actual number of community members reached with GALS methodology and to acertain the extent of social changes amongst men and women-s behaviour using the GALS methodology. • To see the changes as regards men supporting women-s empowerment. • To investigate opportunities for sustainability of the GALS results.
