- Request for proposals are invited for Furnish and Install Concrete Barriers Required Barrier Dimensions: ➢ 3000mmL X 800mmH X 600mmW. ➢ Tapered width on top is 150mm, ➢ Reinforcement minimum of #6 iron spaced at 100mm OC top and bottom with #3 iron as stirrup spliced at 300mm spacing ➢ Concrete cover: Minimum of 25mm thick ➢ Compression strength: 30Mpa at 28days. ➢ Concrete mix: 1:2:4 For a valid quote/proposal, please note the following: Relevant, professional qualifications of the firm in the type of design work required for the past five years Specialized experience and technical competence in the type of work required Demonstrated success on similar projects in terms of quality of work and compliance with schedules Capacity to accomplish work Resumes for Key Personnel Knowledge of locality of project
