- Request for proposals are invited for Flight Ticketing and Booking Services The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire Service Provider for the Long Term Agreement of Flight Ticketing and Booking Services (95% domestics and 5% international) for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued. IOM now invites accredited IATA Travel duly licensed in the country, with minimum 5 years of experience, based in Abuja or Lagos to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the Flight Ticketing and Booking Services. Bidders must have at least provided the same goods and services for UN Agencies or International NGOs/Non-profit organizations/Embassies and medium to large multi-national corporations; produce proof of Good Credit Worthiness by a reputable reporting agency; must have qualified and experienced personnel that are conversant with automated reservation and ticketing systems; able to generate correct and transparent billing statements and deliver services promptly and effectively as per attached Terms of Reference; The RFP includes the following documents: Section I. Instructions to Service Providers Section II. Technical Proposal - Standard Forms Section III. Financial Proposal - Standard Forms Section IV. Terms of Reference Section V. Vendor Information Sheet & Sample of Standard Form of Contract The Proposals must be delivered by hand to IOM Abuja with office address at 55 Hassan Musa Katsina, Asokoro, Abuja on or before Monday 18 th January 2021 at 10.00 hrs (Western Africa Time).
