SCOPE OF WORKS Prospective developers are now invited to submit an expression of interest (EOI) in any of the following properties: Property 1: • Current Use: Undeveloped land designated for residential use. • Location: Okoro-Otun Avenue GRA Benin City. It-s close to Edo State Government House, Golf Course, and Benin Airport. • Land Size: The land measures approximately 9,519sqm • Proposed development: High-end residential estate with various types of accommodation Interested developers should send an email titled “Okoro-Otun Avenue Property Development” to: edpa@edostate.gov.ng with documents listed under the “General Instruction” below. Property 2: • Current Use: Undeveloped land designated for residential use. • Location: Reservation Avenue GRA Benin City.
