- Expression of Interest are invited for External Audit of Technologies for African Agricultural Transformation (Taat) Ii Program and Transition Support Facility (Tsf) Project The Consultant is expected to carry out the audit in accordance with the Audit Standards specified in section 3.2 of the Terms of Reference (see link; ToRs TAAT_TSF External Auditor 2024.doc ). It will include such tests and controls as the auditors consider necessary under the circumstances. The services will include financial and procurement audit and provide audit opinion on the financial statements of the program covering Executing Agency program operations; (ii) the consolidated financial report; (iii) the separate audited financial statements from each of the other implementing agencies and (iv) a copy of the Management letter in respect of each set of financial statement submitted for (a) For TSF Project 6 July 2022 to December 2023
