Tenders are invited for Eradication of Mosquito, Sealing of Water Ingress Points in Tunnels & Basement, Fumigation and Pest Control COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Tender documents are obtainable from the procurement department of the hospital within the working hours 8am-4pm (Monday-Friday) upon presentation of receipt of payment of non-refundable tender fee (N10, 000.00 only per lot. Payment should be made to University of Port Harcourt Teaching, Port Harcourt through TSA account REMITA platform at any reputable commercial Bank in Nigeria. 5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders shall submit completed technical and financial bid separately in sealed envelopes and labeled “Technical bid” and “Financial Bid” respectively with the Company name and address indicated at the back of the envelope. The two envelope should be enclosed in one big sealed envelope and marked (Technical and Financial bid) clearly stating the project name and lot number at the top right hand corner of the envelope and addressed to: The Chief Medical Director University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital Port Harcourt All tenders should be submitted in the tender box in the office of the Head Procurement Department not later than 12:00 noon Monday, 7th August, 2023. 6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS Only technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon Monday, 7th August, 2023 in the board room, Administrative block of University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital while the financial bids shall be kept unopened.
