Tenders are invited for Equipping of New Accident and Emergency Complex 4. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS The tender documents are to be collected from the office of Head of Procurement Department on payment of non-refundable Tender fee of N10, 000.00 into the FMC Remita Account in any reputable commercial Bank in Nigeria. he Hospital-s receipt and photocopy should be attached to the Tender documents 5. SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS The tenderer shall enclose two hard copies each of the technical and financial bids, packaged separately in sealed envelope and clearly marked as Technical Bid or “Financial Bid”. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope and addressed to: The Medical Director. Federal Medical Centre, Owo, Ondo State The lot number and title of the project should be written at the top-left corner of the envelope and should bear the name of the tendering contractor on the reverse side of the envelope. The completed and sealed tender documents should be deposited in the tender-s box in the office of the Medical Director FMC, Owo not later than 12:00noon on Monday 15th April, 2024. 6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Monday 15th April, 2024 at the Hospital-s New Board Room, while the financial bids will be kept unopened.
