- Expression of Interest (Eoi) for Entrepreneurial Skills Development in Fish Farming for Unemployed Graduates in Selected LGAs in Kaduna State. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT Interested vendors shall submit the following minimum verifiable technical requirements to be eligible for contract consideration i. Evidence of Business Name or Certificate of Incorporation issued by Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Forms CAC2 and CAC 7 (or CAC 1.1) ii. Evidence of Company’s Income Tax Clearance Certificate (or Personal Income Tax Clearance Certificate 2019) valid till 31st December, 2020. iii. Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2020. iv. Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2020. v. Evidence of current Nigerian Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2020. vi. Evidence of Registration with the National Database of Federal Contractors Consultants and service providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR expiring on 30/6/2020 or valid Certificate issued by Bureau of Public Procurement. vii. Sworn affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of Federal College of Fisheries and Marine Technology or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars viii. Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (31 years 20172018 and 2019) ix. Evidence of financial capability to execute the project by submission of Reference Letter from a reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria, indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed. x. Company’s profile with the curriculum vitae of key staff to be deployed for the project including copies of their academic/professional qualifications (COREN, QSRBN, ARCON, CORBON etc.) xi. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs executed in the last five (5) years including Letters of Award, Valuation Certificates, Job Completion Certificates and Photographs of the projects. xii. List of Plants/Equipment with proof of ownership/Lease (where applicable) xiii. For Supply of Equipment: Letter of Authorisation as representatives of Origin Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs): xiv. For Trainings: Evidence of accreditation by Centre for Management Development: xv. For Services: Evidence of Firm’s registration with relevant professional body(ies); xvi. All documents for submission must be transmitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter under the Company/Firm’s Letterhead Paper bearing amongst others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM No), and e-mail address. The Letterhead Paper must bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page duly signed by the authorized officer of the firm. Tender payment of a non-refundable fee of N10, 00(Ten thousand naira only)
