The Lagos State Employment Trust Fund “LSETF” was established by the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund Law 2016 with the mandate to provide financial support to residents of Lagos State, for job and wealth creation and to tackle unemployment. It was set up to promote entrepreneurship by improving access to finance, strengthening the institutional capacity of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSMEs) and providing access to technical and vocational training for its teeming youths, to make them employable.
