• Expression of Interest are invited for Engagement of Consultancy Firm for Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Interested firms are to submit their Expression of Interest along with the following documents. 1. Evidence of company registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Forms C.O.2 and C.O. 7. 2. Evidence of current Tax Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December 2022. 3. Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2022. 4. Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2022. 5. Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December 2022. 6. Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) Certificate issued by BPP Valid December, 2022. 7. A Sworn Affidavit disclosing/confirming: (i) whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the AGILE Plateau State or the National AGILE is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder; (ii)Whether or not the company faces insolvency;(iii)That no Director of the company has been convicted of any financial crime; (iv)That the company is not in receivership or subject of same; (v)That all information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars; and (vi)That the firm has not been debarred by world bank (vii) Authorization to verify the documents 8. Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs in the last five (5) years including Letters of Engagement. 9. Company Profile with Curriculum Vitae (C.V.) of professional staff including copies of their professional qualifications. 10. Evidence of financial capability to provide the services by submission of Reference Letter from a reputable commercial bank in Nigeria or statement of your company account. 11. All documents for submission (Expression of Interest) shall be submitted with a Covering/Forwarding letter under the Company/Firm-s Letter Head Paper. The Letterhead paper must reflect among others, the Registration Number (RC) as issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Location Contact Address, Telephone Number (preferably GSM No.), and e-mail address. The Letterhead Paper must also bear the Names and Nationalities of the Directors of the Company at the bottom of the page, duly signed by the authorized officer of the firm Tasks/Activities and Responsibilities 1. Production of design and framework strategy, 2. Development of monitoring guidelines and reporting (monthly and quarterly) templates. 3. Delivery of practical workshops with the State M&E personnel to validate the framework strategy, monitoring guidelines, templates, ICT monitoring tools, and on M&E methodologies. 4. Development, with the SPIU, of the planning and implementation of a result chain for monitoring. 5. Development of data collection templates using the agreed ICT monitoring tools. 6. Delivery of practical workshops on the use of monitoring tools (ICT) at the state and LGA levels. 7. Support the state in planning a monitoring pilot and in conducting data collection. 8. Conduct, with the SPIU, the data management and analysis stages of the monitoring pilot and produce an assessment report. 9. Delivery of a workshop to present the monitoring pilot report, including lessons learnt for scaling up. 10. Conduct continuous routine monitoring activities, including: o Support the planning of monthly monitoring activities. o Provide technical assistance and capacity-building to use/adjust ICT monitoring tools. o Provide necessary manpower to conduct monitoring data collection, data management, and data analysis. o Produce monthly and quarterly monitoring reports. o Participate in monthly meetings with NPCU and the World Bank, if necessary. o Conduct other day-to-day monitoring activities, as required by the SPIU.
