Prequalifications are invited for Empowerment of Ikot Ekpene Federal Constituency Youth with Tricycle Pickup, Tricycles and Motorcycles in Ikot/Obot/Akara/Essien, Udim Federal Constituency, Akwa Ibom Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents and Expression of Interest (Eoi) All Tenderers are to Submit Pre-Qualification Documents/Eoi for each of the Lots Desired in Two Hard Copies each, Packaged in Sealed Envelopes and Clearly Marked “Invitation to Pre-Qualification” or “Eoi” and Addressed To: The Acting Registrar, National Institute of Construction Technology & Management (Nictm), Uromi, Edo State. The Top Left-Hand Corner of the Envelope shall Bear the Name of the Project/Lot for Which You are Applying and the Reverse of each Sealed Envelope shall Bear the Name and the Address of the Bidder. The Documents shall be Dropped in Tender Box Marked “tender2021” in the Procurement Unit not Later than 12:00 Noon, Monday, 8th of March, 2021. Opening of Pre-Qualification Documents and Eoi The Eoi and the Pre-Qualification Documents shall be Opened Immediately after the Deadline for Submission at 12:00 Noon, Monday, 8th of March, 2021, at the Institute-S Conference Room.
