Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Development of Affordable Social Mass Housing under the Nasarawa Housing Programme Scope: i. For each project site, the general scope of work is the construction of one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom units either as an apartment or house including provision for infrastructure such as Fencing and Gatehouse, landscaping, roads, drainage system, water supply and reticulation and electricity supply. ii. Preparing preliminary drawings including Architectural, structural, and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) drawings; iii. Preparing the designs and drawings of infrastructure and external works iv. Drawing of a site plan detailing building layout, ancillary services, location of infrastructure, road access with dimensions and areas of landscaping v. Conducting site investigations including topographic and geo-technical investigations vi. Conducting an Environmental Impact Assessment to prepare an Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIA report) vii. Conducting a site assessment in line with the partnership boards established site assessment report including details information of the project site.
