- Tenders are invited for Desilting of Existing Drainage Channels in the State Urban Centers (Minna, Bida, Kontagora and Suleja) The Bidding Document in English Language may be Purchased by Interested Eligible Bidders upon the Submission of a Written Application to the Address below and upon Payment of a Non-Refundable Fee of Fifty Thousand Naira (n50, 000.00). The Method of Payment will be through Bank Draft in Favor of Project Coordinator Niger State - Nigeria Erosion and Watershed Management Project. The Document will be Sent by Courier on Demand. Bids must be Delivered to the Address below on or before 12.00 Noon on Monday 8 February, 2021. Electronic Bidding will not be Permitted. Late Bids will be Rejected. Bids will be Publicly Opened in the Presence of the Bidders- Designated Representatives and Anyone Who Choose to Attend at the Address below. All Bids must be Accompanied by a Bid Security of 1000000/-. A Pre-bid meeting would be held at the address below on Monday 1 February, 2021 which is one week before the bid opening date by 12:00 noon to allow potential bidders seek clarifications on the bidding document
