- Tenders are invited for Daily Services - Internal: cleaning of offices, Conference Rooms, Toilets/Basins, Fittings, Stainwells, Passages, Internal windows, Resources Centre, Computers, Shelves, Fridges, Photocopiers, Telephones, Garbage Cans, Television Sets/Radios, Stapling machines/paper perforating, Printers, Fire Extinguishers, Tables, Chairs, Cabinets etc. and a bi-weekly scrubbing and thorough wash of the floors Tiles and Terrazzo. - External: Facade cleaning, Plant rooms, Gatehouse, Car park and Gardening. - Provision of basic sanitary materials (Tissue papers, Hand wash, soaps etc) and ensure their availability at all times. - Twice daily emptying of waste baskets and picking of litters. - Cleaning of cobwebs/General sanitation of within and outside premises. - To maintain a daily presence throughout the working hours such to ensure adequate and timely cleaning of any spillage and or meet up with any other unforeseen cleaning needs that may be required from time to time. - Any other tasks during office hour that may be assigned for the cleanliness of the Office and premises. - Disinfect all covered drains. - Wash all windows with squeegees and anti-dust chemicals. - Dust clean all items above hand reach, such as light fittings, air-conditioning vents, ceilings and all other items that require stepladder to be reached. - Wash all non-carpeted floor areas. Recoat with two coat metalized floor polish and buff all floor area. - Mowing and racking of grass lawns.
