  • IFC Financial Institutions Group is seeking to recruitone or two consulting firms responsible for customer acquisition and retentionfor last-mile digital financial services with a focus on northern Nigeria. This willinclude customer registrations, onboarding, education and management with specificdeliverables. IFC has established a partnership with a financialservice provider in Nigeria to scale up its agent financial services across thecountry with a focus on northern and rural Nigeria. The purpose of thispartnership is part of IFC advisory services program aimed at increasing accessto and usage of digital financial services by improving the quality andquantity of last mile distribution through Agents and Merchants networks acrossthe country, and particularly in northern Nigeria. This include expandingcustomers through localized targeted marketing campaigns for customeracquisition and retention to drive adoption and service usage.
