Prequalifications are invited for Conversion of 22 Generator Water Point to Solar at Garki Constituency COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested bidders are to collect the tender documents from the office of the Managing Director Jigawa state, RUWASA Dutse from the date of publication of this advert and between hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm daily after payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Naira only (N20, 000). 5.SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENT Pre- qualification and financial bids shall be submitted in two different sealed envelopes and labeled “pre -qualifacation bid” and “financial bid” respectively with the company-s name indicated at the back of each envelope. Both envelopes should be placed in a sealed third envelope addressed and delivered to the office of the Managing Director Jigawa state RUWASA and not later than 21st December 2020 by 12.00 noon. All documents for submission must be transmitted with a forwarding letter dully signed by the representative under the company-s Letter Headed paper bearing the CAC Registration Number (RC), Contact Address, Telphone Number, (preparably GSM No) and e-mail address. The financial bid should contain a bid security of not less than 2% of the quoted bid. The validity period should be 90 days from the deadline of the bid submission date 6.OPENING OF BIDS Only technical bids shall be opened immediately after the deadline of the bid submission date
