- Expression of Interest are invited for Consulting Services on Project Design/Cost Estimates and Business Plan for Ranch Development Programme in Katsina State SCOPE OF SERVICES. The comprehensive scope of services, as it relates to consultancy services, are as follows: (i) Establishment of 7000Ha Pasture land well fenced and partitioned into paddocks of 100Ha each. (ii) Construction and rehabilitation of small Earth Dams within the Grazing reserve. (iii) Construction of Veterinary and Human Clinics. (iv) Construction of Solar Powered Boreholes with overhead tank and watering troughs. (v) Construction of Nomadic Schools. (vi) Construction of Livestock breeding centers. (vii) Pastoralist resting points. (viii) The Project is to be linked with Public, Private Partnership initiatives such as Abattoirs, Milk and Meat Processing Plant, Hides and Skin, and other services and bye product obtained from the resources for value chain addition and sustainability of the project. Etc. Project Location (i) Ranges 1, 2 and 3 are in Jibia and Batsari LGAs (ii) Ranges 4, 5, 6 and 7 are in Dutsinma, Kurfi and Safana LGAs. (iii) Ranges 8, 9 and 10 are in Danmusa, Kankara, Faskari, Sabuwa and Dandume LGAs MODE OF SUBMISSION FOR EOI/PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS ON CONSULTANCY SERVICES PROJECT Prospective bidders are to submit three copies of their EOI/Pre-qualification documents for the project from 27 August 2021 to 24 September 2021. The copies should be one original and two duplicates of both Technical and Financial Proposals in same envelope addressed to the Director-General Katsina State Bureau of Public Procurement. Furthermore, each envelope should have the name and address of the bidder, registered and dropped in the designated Tender Box at the Bureau-s office situated at the Ministry of Finance Katsina State Secretariat complex, Katsina. 5. OPENING OF BID/ EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) DOCUMENTS FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES PROJECT/PREQUALIFICATION The Expression of Interest, Pre-qualification bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for the submission, at 12:00 noon on 24 September 2021 in the conference Room of the Bureau. Please note: Only Companies that Qualifies in the Technical Bid will be invited for Financial Bid opening, those who failed will have their Financial Bids returned un-opened
