- Expression of Interest are invited for Consulting Services for Engagement of External Auditor for Financial Auditing Services for the Support to Malaria Elimination Project 2. The consulting services (“the Services”) involve the National Malaria Elimination Programme (NMEP) to employ consulting services - Engagement of External Auditor for Financial Auditing Services to enable the auditor to express a professional audit opinion with regards to the Project Financial Statements (PFS) and also state whether the procurement guidelines of the Islamic Development Bank have been properly applied and in accordance with the Project-s financing agreement no. NGA1016. The expected start date for this assignment is 4th March, 2024. 3.
