- Expression of Interest are invited for Consulting Services - Firms. Family Homes Funds Ltd Help to Own Project. Family Homes Funds Limited (FHFL) has received financing from the African Development Bank toward the cost of technical assistance for skills acquisition and apprenticeship training for youth artisans to promote their gainful employment in the housing value chain and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this grant to payments under the contract for the services of an Implementing Partner. The services included under this project are reviewing the development of implementation framework for the integration of skills delivery, conducting training needs assessment, developing training manuals, offer training services and certification in line with national qualification framework, etc. Ultimately, the Consultant will be required to serve as a technical partner. The duration of the engagement is expected to be four (4) years, from June 2023. FHFL now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may constitute joint ventures to enhance their chances of qualification. Expressions of interest must be delivered in hard or soft copies to the address below by 11th April 2023 at 12:00pm and mention “Implementing Partner for Help to Own”.
