Tenders are invited for Consultant Financial Sector, Governance, PPP Specific objectives of the mission Under the hierarchical responsibility of the agency management and in connection with the project team leaders (REP), the mission consultant will ensure: - the follow-up of the assistance already disbursed ( "back office" or monitoring of commitments) and in particular post-assessment work, risk monitoring (including the preparation of half-yearly risk assessment sheets, review and analysis of annual accounts and the internal rating of banks) financial sector projects. - monitoring the execution of sovereign loans granted by AFD to the Federal Republic of Nigeria in the sectors concerned; - setting up non-sovereign financing with a Nigerian public bank; - monitoring the execution of subsidies in the sectors concerned; - the follow-up in execution of the portfolio of competitions financing activities carried out by NGOs; - monitoring the execution of financing in the sports and cultural and creative industries sectors in coordination with the International Volunteer based at the AFD office in Lagos; - close monitoring of relations with the contracting authorities of the projects, clients and counterparts of AFD, and other partners, in particular donors, involved either directly in the operations financed or more generally in the sectors concerned; and - the follow-up of the studies launched by the head office in connection with Nigeria and/or the activity of the Agency in the sectors followed.
