• Expression of Interest are invited for Consultant to Conduct Feasibility Study for the Development of Ekiti State Agro-Industrial Processing Zone (Sapz) The scope of the consultancy service (“service”) includes but is not limited to: i. Assessment of the proposed area for the establishment of the Zone: ii. Detailed evaluation of the potential economic and financial viability and sustainability of the proposed Zone, and the definition of appropriate management models recommended on the basis of international best practices in PPP management of industrial zones; iii. Market analysis, iv. Job opportunities and social inclusion assessment; v. Institutional recommendations on public regulation of the Zone; vi. Environmental and social analysis, assessing significant environmental threats and social threats, if any, posed by the Zone; and vii. Specification of financing scenarios for the development of the SAPZ The following requirements are to be submitted by interested consultancy firms; i.Evidence of Company Registration with the CAC) ii.Evidence of payment of Company Income Tax to FIRS for the last three (3)years; iii.Evidence of payment of Personal Income Tax by at least two (2) Directors of the Company (Limited Liability Company) or the Proprietor/Partner (Enterprise) for the last three (3) years; iv.Evidence of registration of business premises with Ekiti State Ministry of Trade and Industry; v.Company profile including a list of relevant professionals with respective professional bodies; vi.Evidence of Registration with Ekiti State Bureau of Public Procurement. vii.Evidence of successful completion of similar projects in the past i.e. letters of award of contract and certificate of completion; and viii.Evidence of financial capability to execute the project by submission of reference letter from a reputable commercial bank indicating willingness to provide credit facilities for the execution of the project when needed. This invitation does not constitute a commitment on the part of Ekiti State Government and the submission of document shall not entitle the interested parties to any claim against Ekiti State Government by virtue of such response to the EOI invitation. All costs incurred by respondents as a result of this EOI invitation and any subsequent requests for information shall be for respondents- account only.
