- Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services for the Implementation of Resettlement Action Plan (Rap) for the Abia State Integrated Urban Infrastructure Development Project (Absiidp) - Phase 1 (Roads) The Specific Objectives of the assignment includes: - (i) To undertake socio-economic baseline studies and data collection and prepare a detailed pre-project situational analysis. (ii) To implement the Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) (iii) To coordinate other adjoining processes involved in the compliance to the triggered OPs (iv) To undertake external evaluation on the performance of approved RAP (v) To undertake capacity building.
