Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Consultancy Services for the Design and Construction Supervision of Workshop, Laboratory and ODWC Office Construction The assignment involves Architectural and Engineering Design of the proposed headquarters building of Ondo State Water Corporation including Laboratories, Workshops and Office complex and supervision of construction of the project. The scope of services will involve the following: a) Conduct aSiteAnalysis and Investigation on the entire site thatshall includeRelocation Survey, Site Investigation, Soils and Foundation Investigation,Construction MaterialsInvestigation. b) Conduct a preliminary engineering study that establishesthe technicalfeasibility ofthe construction project and conformance to land use guidelines prescribed by existing laws c) Submit a desirableArchitectural andEngineering Designsforthe proposed construction/development project that is compliant with the minimumbuilding and design specificationsfor building ofthismagnitude; d) Conduct a schedule of detailed engineering activitiesforthe construction of the building thatshall includeBuilding Plan, Design, and Structural Analysis, Technical Specifications, Quantity and Costs Estimates, Program of Work, Construction Schedule and Estimated Cash Flow and Submission of DesignReport and; e) PrepareSite orRight-of-Way plans andEnvironmentalImpactAssessment asrequired by the Federal/State Ministry of Environment andin accordance with theBank'sstandards. f) Supervise the resulting construction works.
