- Request for proposals are invited for Construction of Various Environmentally/Eco-Friendly Rural Infrastructure Systems - Toilets, Lock up Stores, Open Market etc in Edo, Cross River and Ondo States for Life-Nd Project The works consist of construction of market (open and lock up stores), construction of gate house, construction of toilets, construction of solar powered boreholes and fencing works. Lot 1: Ondo- State-Gedegede Community: Construction of market (open and lock stores), construction of gate house, construction of toilets/VIP toilets, construction of solar Lot 2: Edo state - Ikhueniro Community: Construction of market (open and lock up stores), construction of toilets/VIP toilets Lot 3: Cross River State- Obioko Community: Construction of market (open and lock up stores), construction of toilets/VIP toilets Eligibility: 1. Evidence of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) 2. Evidence of financial capabilities to execute the assignment as demonstrated by the last three years annual audited financial statements (2019, 2020 2021) 3. Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2022 4. Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) compliance certificate , valid till 31st December, 2022 5. Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) certificate, valid till 31st December, 2022 6. Evidence of registration with COREN 7. Power of attorney authorizing signature of the bid by the bidder-s representative. 8. Company Audited Financial Statements (that include: the balance sheet, the cash flow statement, and the income statement) for the last three years 2019, 2020 and 2021. Interested Bidders in submitting a bid shall purchase the bidding document against payment of a non-refundable fee of N30, 000.00 (Thirty Thousand Naira) only through a Bank draft from a commercial Bank. On presentation of the Bank draft, the bidding documents shall be forwarded to the Bidder. The Bank draft should be in favour of IFAD Assisted Livelihood Improvement Family Enterprise Niger Delta (LIFE-ND) project.
