- Tenders are invited for Construction of Ultra Modern Civic Center at Isophunmini, Mbeke Isieke Community, Ebonyi Lga in Ebonyi North Senatorial District Ebonyi State Collection of Tender Documents (Goods and Works) Interested Companies are to Collect the Standard Bidding Document (Sbd) Documents from the Procurement Unit Room No.101 Proda Headquarters, Emene Industrial Layout, Enugu State, on Evidence of Payment of Non-Refundable Tender Fee of n10,000.00 Per Lot, Paid into the Projects Development Institute-S Remita Account in Any Reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria. Submission of Tender Documents (Goods and Works) Prospective Bidders are to Submit Two (2) Hard Copies each of the Technical and Financial Bids with Softcopy of the Financial Bid in Ms Excel Format, Packaged Separately in Sealed and Clearly Marked as “Technical Bid” and “Financial Bid”. Thereafter, the Two Sealed Envelopes should be Put Together in a Bigger Sealed Envelope Addressed to the Director-General, Projects Development Institute (Proda) Emene Industrial Layout, Enugu. The Lot Number and the Title of the Project should be Written at the Top - Left Corner of the Envelope and should Bear the Name, Phone Number, and Address of the Tenderer on the Reverse Side of the Envelope. The Completed and Sealed Tender Document should be Deposited in the Box at the Procurement Unit Rooms 101b, No 3 Independence Layout (Proda) Enugu, Enugu State on or before 12:00 Noon on Wednesday 17th April, 2024.
