Tenders are invited for Construction of Table Tennis Complex COLLECTION OF BID Interested companies are to collect the standard bidding documents from the office of Executive Chairman, Kwara State Sports Commission, Stadium Complex and then proceed to pay a non-refundable tender fee at the office of Kwara State Procurement Agency, Ilorin. 5.0 SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS Prospective Bidders should submit Bids in two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as ‘Technical Bids- or ‘Financial Bids- Therefore, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to: The Executive Chairman Kwara State Sports Commission, Stadium Complex, Ilorin, Kwara State. And clearly marked with (the name of the project) Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the company and dropped in the designated Tender Box located at: The Executive Chairman, Kwara State Sports Commission, Stadium Complex, Ilorin, Kwara State. Not later than 12:00 noon of 5th November, 2021. 6.0 OPENING OF BIDS The bid documents will be opened immediately after eh deadline for submission at 12:00 noon of 19th November, 2021 in the conference room of the sports commission. Submission of Bid closes on 19th November, 2021 at 12:00 noon. Please note that Kwara State Sports Commission will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted Bid documents.
