- Prequalifications are invited for Construction of Road, Drainage, Asphalting and Marking 4. SUBMISSION OF BIDS DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit their technical bid for a particular lot desired in two (2) hard copies each marked ‘Original and Copy- and two hard copies each be put in one separate envelope each marked appropriately. The common sealed envelope is marked; CONFIDENTIAL “TECHNICAL/PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS FOR ‘STATING THE NAME OF THE ONE PARTICULAR PROJECT APPLYING FOR- at the top left hand corner of the envelope; and also indicate the company-s name, telephone number and the mailing address at the reverse side of the envelope and address to; The Provost, c/o The office of the Secretary Tenders Board, Procurement Department New Administrative Block, Federal College of Education (Technical), Ashaka road, PMB 60, Gombe, Gombe State All completed bid documents must be submitted on or before 12:00pm on Thursday, 4th April, 2024 at office of the Secretary Tenders- board, procurement department, FCE (T) Gombe, Gombe state. Please ensure that you sign the bid submission register in the above named office, as the college will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bid. 5.
