Tenders are invited for Construction of Renewbale Solar Street in Ungwa Katsit, Kafanchan, Kaduna State COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Any interested company shall collect tender documents from, the office of the Head procurement (Room 19) 3rd Floor NAPTIN Corporate Headquarters, plot 21, Cadastral zone, Idu Industrial Area, Abuja, upon the payment of non-refundable tender fee of ten thousand naira (N10,000.00) only per lot to National Power Training Institute of Nigeria-s Remita account in any commercial bank, after which a receipt is to be raised at the Revenue office, Account Department, 2nd Floor, NAPTIN CHQ, Plot 21 Cadastral Zone, Idu Industrial Area, Abuja, between the hours of 10:00am and 3:00pm, Mondays to Fridays. 5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Completed Technical and Financial Bids with softcopy of the financial bids in MS Excel format shall be submitted in two separate envelopes, clear tape and sealed and clearly marked “Technical Bid for lot no” or “Financial Bid for lot no”. the project titles, lot number and contractors name must be clearly written on top of each envelope and inserted in a bigger 3rd envelope and addressed to The Director General, National Power Training Institute of Nigeria (NAPTIN) Corporate Headquarters, plot 21, Cadastral zone, Idu Industrial Area, Abuja. Tender shall be submitted to the office of the Head Procurement, (Room 19) 3rd Floor NAPTIN Corporate Headquarters, plot 21, Cadastral zone, Idu Industrial Area, Abuja, between the hours of 10:00am and 3:00pm, Mondays to Fridays, not later than 12:00 noon on Monday, 3rd April, 2023. 6. OPENING OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Only the technical bids shall be publicly opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Monday, 3rd April, 2023 at NAPTIN Corporate Headquarter, 5th Floor, Auditorium, plot 21 cadastral zone, Idu Industrial Layout, Abuja. All tenderers, Civil Society Organizations and Interested Stakeholders are invited to the bid opening.
